Want to delete your account? You can delete your account from the profile settings in the mobile app, or by contacting us at ghettogames@ghetto.lv.

Need to update your profile? Profile details such as name, avatar, and country can be edited in the mobile app under your profile settings.

How do I join a tournament? Open the tournament in the mobile app and follow the registration steps. Some tournaments require an invitation or payment before your spot is confirmed.

How do I create or manage a tournament? Tournament management is available to organizers through the organizer panel. Contact us if you are interested in becoming an organizer.

I see incorrect results. If a match result looks wrong, contact the tournament organizer directly or reach us at ghettogames@ghetto.lv.

How do I create a team? Teams can be created from the Teams section in the mobile app.

How do I invite players? Open your team in the app and use the invite option to send invitations to other players.

I was added to a team without consent. Contact us at ghettogames@ghetto.lv and we will investigate immediately.

My payment failed. Check that your card details are correct and that your bank has not blocked the transaction. If the issue persists, contact us at ghettogames@ghetto.lv.

I was charged but my registration is not confirmed. This can happen if there was a network issue. Contact us at ghettogames@ghetto.lv with your email address and we will resolve it promptly.

How do I request a refund? Refund eligibility depends on the tournament rules set by the organizer. Contact us at ghettogames@ghetto.lv with your order details and we will review your request.

I am not receiving push notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled for Ghetto Games in your device settings. You can also toggle them inside the app under notification settings.
